  2. Attorney client privilege discussion pertaining to pending litigation, pursuant to Open Meeting Act, NMSA 1978, Section 10-15-1 (H)(7).
  3. Action to Convene in Open Meeting – nothing was discussed in closed session except those matters related to 4a and 4b.
  4. Any action required as a result of the Closed Meeting
    a. Executive Director’s Performance and Resignation (possible action)
    b. Pending litigation (possible action)
  5. Memorandum of Action for support from DFA and Do IT
  6. Training for MLK Commissioners (Open Meeting Act, Inspection of Public Records Act, and Governmental Conduct Act)
