- limited personnel matters, specifically the Executive Director Performance and Resignation pursuant to Open Meetings Act, NMSA 1978, Section 10-15-1(H)(2).
- Attorney client privilege discussion pertaining to pending litigation, pursuant to Open Meeting Act, NMSA 1978, Section 10-15-1 (H)(7).
- Action to Convene in Open Meeting – nothing was discussed in closed session except those matters related to 4a and 4b.
- Any action required as a result of the Closed Meeting
