Closed Session pursuant to Section 10-15-1(H)(2) NMSA 1978 to discuss limited personnel matters concerning the Executive Director’s annual review and evaluation of performance duties over the prior year and program manager: compensation review and market rate benchmarking based on the current scope of responsibilities. The closed session is limited to discussion of the matter(s) identified in the motion and any final action will take place in open session.
