- b) Attorney client privilege discussion and matters pertaining to pending litigation, including Leonard Waites v. Martin Luther King, Jr. State Commission, Jennifer Vigil and Teresa Casados, Case No. D-202-CV-2025-06946, pursuant to Open Meetings Act, NMSA 1978, Section 10-15-1 (H)(7)
